A LITTLE ABOUT STEVEN...

Steven has been involved in auto racing his entire life. He was born into the Reed family as the second child of driver Harry Reed. Ever since he was young, Steven has been racing. When he was little, he raced his matchbox cars on the carpet. Later on, he was given a BIGFOOT to ride, than a go kart. Steven is no stranger to going fast! Unfortunately, in New Jersey, you must be eighteen years old to race. So, Steven has been a pit crew member for a while.

Steven has always worked long hours in the garage, helping Harry to get his race car ready wherever he may have been racing at the time. As he aged, Steven began helping modified tour driver, Jim Willis, as he was old enough to enter the pits on the tour. Finally, in his last year before he is able to drive, Steven had dedicated the year to helping Harry both in the garage and at the track. They ended up finishing fourth in points.

Additionally, this year, Harry and Steven have built a car for Steven to debut in. They have spent many long nights creating his car from scratch. Steven is very excited to begin his driving career in March 2003!
